You are welcome to call if you wish, but we can conduct your transaction by post, telephone and email, therefore avoiding the need for you to take out valuable time during this period to come and see us. |

 How long will it take to buy or sell a house?
We aim to complete a straightforward sale and/or purchase within 6 weeks. If there are unforeseen complications it may take longer and you will be advised accordingly. However, if there is no chain involved, the timescale will be considerably less.  Who pays off our old mortgage?
We do. When your house is sold we pay back the amount your lender tells us is due and send you the balance, less any estate agents' and our own fees, with your authority. |
